Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve and day were very quiet for us this year. Morgan was very excited to leave her milk, cookies, and carrots for Santa and his reindeer. When she awoke in the morning, I think she forgot it was Christmas day and that there should be presents from Santa under the tree! I had to ask her is we should see if Santa came! Sure enough he did and Morgan was super excited. It was very nice because she opened her presents up rather slowly and even stopped to take a break from opening presents! She was also thrilled that Santa brought Daisy some new toys as well! Here are a few pictures from our Christmas.

Grandma Judy and Taylor have arrived!

Last night Grandma Judy and Taylor came to visit. After having rain all day the snow was basically gone, and Taylor was kind of upset. But... when we woke up we once again had snow! The girls and I were out at about 8:30 in the morning, Morgan pooped out after probably an hour and went to hang out with Grandma, while Taylor and I stayed out until well after 11:30! We had lunch and dried their clothes and than they were out again for about two hours! They had a blast! And it is so nice to see Grandma and Taylor here. Morgan knew Grandma was coming, but Taylor was a surprise. When Taylor popped out from behind Grandma at the airport Morgan seemed a little confused and than asked me "Mom, can we take Taylor home too!" I thought it was too cute! We hope everyone is having fun and staying safe during this holiday season! Here are some pics from our day! Oh yeah, and lastnight Morgan got to open her Christmas presents from Grandma Judy, Pop, Aunt Lisa, Uncle Ben, and Marley! And Taylor got to open her presents from us and Grandma Judy!

SNOW!!!

Yesterday our neighbors went out of town to take Christmas pictures and ended up getting their truck stuck in the snow, so they decided to put some in the back! Some of the pictures are Morgan and Colton playing in the small snow pile in their yard. But... than last night around ten o'clock it started snowing, and snowing and this is what we woke up too! FUN! It is snowing right now too!

Quick Trip to Seattle Washington!

Josh had some business in the Seattle area Friday and Saturday, so Morgan and I decided to tag along. Saturday afternoon we took a few hours to visit the Space Needle and Pike Market. It was very cold and Morgan was a little crabby, so that is all that needs to be said about that! I loved Pike Market and would have loved to check out more things but it was very busy, cold, and we had a crabby three year old and stroller that we were trying to maneuver around on the brick streets amongst all the people! Safari Fun!

Today Morgan and I went to a Safari in Winston, Oregon with our friends Alice, Molly, and Jack. Morgan was really missing her Daddy today. So, that being said she was a little moody! This was really fun, because it is the type of safari you drive your vehicle through and the animals are right in or on the side of the road! The kids favorites were the Zebras and the Giraffes.
